Licensing Policy

Effective date: 24 August 2026. Unless a product page states different terms, this policy applies to digital assets supplied directly by CineQ Pro.

Licence granted

A completed purchase grants the buyer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download, edit and use the purchased digital asset in the buyer’s own creative work and client projects. Copyright and ownership remain with the relevant rights holder.

Permitted use

• Edit PSD templates and creative assets for personal projects or client deliverables.
• Export and deliver flattened/final images, videos, albums or other completed creative work to a client.
• Keep a reasonable private backup for the licensed buyer’s own use.

Not permitted

• Resell, sublicense, share, gift or redistribute source files or download links.
• Upload source files to drives, groups, marketplaces, stock libraries, template stores or peer-to-peer services.
• Use a purchased asset to create a competing source-file/template pack for resale or giveaway.
• Claim ownership of the original asset or remove ownership notices where present.
• Share account credentials, activation details or device access beyond the limits stated on the product page.

Third-party content and services

Fonts, plugins, software, trademarks, subscription services and other third-party materials remain subject to their owners’ licences and applicable terms. CineQ Pro cannot grant rights that belong to a third party. The product listing and third-party terms take priority for those components.

Client work

A buyer may supply a completed output to a client, but the editable source asset may not be transferred unless the relevant listing expressly includes that right. The buyer is responsible for ensuring that supplied photos, videos, music, logos and other inputs are properly licensed.

Enforcement and questions

Unauthorised redistribution may result in access being revoked and appropriate legal action, subject to applicable law. Contact support before purchase if a planned use is unclear.
