Terms & Conditions

Effective date: 24 August 2026. These Terms & Conditions govern use of cineqpro.com and purchases from CineQ Pro. By placing an order or using an account, you agree to these terms and the linked policies.

Eligibility and customer responsibility

You must be legally able to enter a contract, provide accurate checkout information and use a payment method you are authorised to use. A parent or lawful guardian must supervise purchases for a minor.

Products, prices and orders

Product descriptions, included files, formats, duration, device limits and compatibility information are shown on the relevant listing. Prices are displayed in Indian rupees unless stated otherwise and may change before an order is placed. An order is accepted when payment is confirmed and fulfilment is made available. We may cancel and refund an order affected by pricing error, suspected fraud, unavailable supply or a legal restriction.

Payments

Online payments are processed by Razorpay or another payment option displayed at checkout. Payment credentials are handled by the payment provider. Customers must not share an OTP, UPI PIN or banking password with CineQ Pro support.

Digital delivery

Eligible purchases are delivered through the order-confirmation page, customer account, email, download permission, activation details or another method stated on the product page. Delivery is subject to successful payment and accurate customer information. See the Digital Delivery Policy.

Licence and acceptable use

Purchasing a digital file gives the customer the limited usage rights described in the Licensing Policy and product listing; it does not transfer copyright or ownership. Source files, download links and access credentials must not be resold, redistributed, publicly posted or shared unless the listing expressly permits it.

Third-party products and trademarks

A listing connected to a third-party platform remains subject to that provider’s applicable terms, usage limits, availability and technical rules. CineQ Pro does not obtain ownership of third-party brands or platforms. Brand names and marks belong to their respective owners, and a listing does not imply endorsement unless expressly stated.

Creative services

Scope, deliverables, schedule and revision expectations should be confirmed before work starts. The customer must have permission to supply all photos, videos, audio, logos and other materials provided for editing. Final delivery depends on timely instructions, feedback and source files.

Refunds and cancellations

Refund eligibility is governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy and applicable consumer law.

Accounts and security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your CineQ Pro login and for activity under the account. Notify support promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. We may restrict abusive, fraudulent or unlawful use after reasonable review.

Intellectual property

The CineQ Pro name, site design, original text, graphics and owned digital assets are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. No content may be copied, scraped, republished or used to create a competing catalogue except as allowed by the relevant licence or law.

Availability and responsibility

We aim to keep the store and downloads available, but maintenance, hosting incidents, third-party outages or events outside reasonable control can cause delays. Nothing in these terms excludes a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, CineQ Pro is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from misuse, unsupported software, unauthorised sharing or third-party platform changes.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Please contact us first so a complaint can be reviewed promptly. Subject to mandatory consumer rights, courts with jurisdiction in Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh will have jurisdiction.
